Scope:
The summer school will include lectures, hands-on sessions and workshops. The teaching staff are experienced modellers and programmers from MPI-M. The Hamburg Climate Campus at ZMAW (http://www.zmaw.de) offers a stimulating campus environment, Participants can look forward to an in-depth scientific, technological and methodological course on the use the "Hamburg Earth System Model".
Cost:
The registration fee of 200,- € covers teaching, lunches and social events. Travel and accommodation has to be organised by the participants, a list of hotels in the vicinity can be found at http://www.mpimet.mpg.de/.
